To  find out about paying by using a credit card please contact us directly.   This is important.

To pay by check  please  make checks out to Kate Durda and mail to 3415 W. Needmore Hwy., Charlotte, Mi.  48813.  If check is made out to Spiritweavers we will have to return it to you and have you rewrite it.  Be sure to include your:

Name, Address, phone, and email and which workshop you are planning to attend.

Please refrain from wearing perfumes and other scented products so that attendees with environmental sensitivities can comfortably enjoy the workshop.  We use unscented candles in the workshop and smudge is not used inside the workshop room, although it may be used outside of the room.  Thank you.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy*  For the classes "Intro to Shamanism: Path of Empowerment and Healing" and the "Path of the Open Heart", if you miss a class you can apply the registration fee minus 15% of total, toward any training up to 18 months in the future.  After that, you forfeit your fee.

For other non-residential classes,  the cancellation policy will be dependent on the contract situations we are In. Usually after a certain date, no refund is available due to contract obligations.

 

 

INFORMATION ON HOW TO REGISTER FOR  RESIDENTIAL WORKSHOPS

 

A few days before the event you will be sent (via e-mail) a confirmation email which will include directions to the workshop and items to bring.

Please include housing and meal information for residential workshops.  Please specify single or double, vegetarian, gluten free (vegetarian or meat eating), or no dietary concerns.  If you do not we will assume that you have no dietary concerns.  It is important to do this so the chef knows how much of what type of foods to prepare. 

Also if you are choosing a double room, please indicate who you would like for a roommate if you have a preference.  Otherwise we will pick someone for you.

If you have any special needs such as needing a barrier free room or if you cannot do stairs, please let us know.

Cancellation Policy
For workshops at Pierce Cedar Creek, registration is non-refundable. This policy is necessary for us to meet our commitment to the facility. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting this.

 

Scent Policy
Please refrain from wearing perfumes and other scented products so that attendees with environmental sensitivities can comfortably enjoy the workshop.  We use unscented candles in the workshop.  If you are taking a workshop with Tom Cowan he does use a bit of sage for ceremonial work.

 

Spirit Weavers, Kate Durda and Stephanie Tighe and other respective presenters reserve the right to cancel any of its workshops or training courses, or the participation of anyone, at any time for any reason. In such a case fees paid in advance will be reimbursed
